A natural pain relief fibromyalgia is still better than chemically induced medications because it is more manageable and it is also easier to facilitate.

 Little did you know, but the usual things you find at home can actually be used to treat this chronic pain. Natural medications are also deemed better because they usually do not produce much side effects.

Lemon and honey are two of the most powerful edibles that you might want to consider as kitchen staples too because apart from their flexibility in terms of cooking, you can also take them as is to treat fibromyalgia pain. 

What you can do with these is that a couple of teaspoons for each would be enough to dilute in warm water daily. Then, drink as is. If you can find a way to get hold of turmeric powder then that would also be a good thing to drink with warm water. You would also have to simply dilute half a teaspoon of it. 

But more than just the things you can eat, it is also good to note that treating fibromyalgia naturally can also involve cutting back on certain edibles. You might want to slow down or try to eliminate white flour, sugar, pie, macaroni, and other food and drinks which might be high in sugar content. 

Apparently, doing this would help reduce the occurrence of fibromyalgia symptoms. 

If you are currently experiencing muscle or joint pains as a result of having fibromyalgia, you can also heat some vinegar and then have this rubbed on your aching joints to relieve pain. You can also use either cold or hot packs by simply using a thick towel and then place them over the area where pain is currently being felt.
